To Use Jet Lag Eliminator™ Example You are flying from
Houston to Paris. As
You Depart: As you depart Houston
at 10:15am, align 10:15am on the top disc with the line pointing to Houston on
the base disc. This aligns 5:15pm with Paris’ time zone. ( If your destination
city is not listed on the disc, use a city in the same time zone ). This also
aligns Houston with point "D" and Paris with point "H". Massage
these points on both sides of your body (total
of four points) and massage your ears, each for two minutes. Two
Hours Later: It will be
12:15pm in Houston and 7:15pm in Paris. Align 12:15pm in Houston and 7:15pm in
Paris. Align 12:15pm on the top disc with Houston on the base disc.
Massage the points indicated
(Houston "E" and Paris "I" ) on both sides of your body. Massage your ears. Repeat
Every Two Hours: Repeat
this procedure every two hours until you land. As you begin your descent to Paris,
follow steps 5 and 6 in the detailed instructions or
booklet.
