Tips on Using
Jet Lag Eliminator
- Use your finger or thumb (not
your whole hand) when massaging pressure points - this will ensure that you contact the correct
points. You need to be within a fingers’ width of the point to
achieve the proper effect.
- When massaging your ears and the
other suggested
points, apply only gentle pressure. Excessive pressure may cause pain or
bruising.
- You can stimulate the points by tapping, rubbing, or
massaging.
- Two minutes are usually sufficient for each point.
However, some people require longer
stimulation (five minutes or more ). Everyone is unique. Feel free to discover what
works best for you.
- Be
sure to massage points on both sides (right and left) of your
body.
- If the points are sensitive or tender to the
touch, which is common,
stimulate the points gently. Usually the tenderness will go away after the stimulation.
Holding the points
for a longer time period instead of massaging may work better for
you.
- If you sleep during the
flight, enjoy the rest. After awakening, continue with the
appropriate step, either
Step 4, 5, or 6.
- After landing, keep
stimulating the points for your destination city until you don't feel the
effects of jet lag anymore.
- Infant's and children’s points can be stimulated using the same procedure.
